'Obamacare' contractors project confidence

Big contractors working to launch new insurance markets just three weeks from now are telling Congress things look good for the Oct. 1 debut of President Barack Obama's health care law.

Four contractors testified Tuesday before the House Energy and Commerce Committee in their first public appearance.

The new creates insurance markets for people who can't get coverage from employers.

Representatives from CGI Federal, Inc., QSSI, Inc., Serco, Inc. and a unit of the credit reporting firm Equifax told lawmakers they are prepared to protect —an issue Republicans have raised as a potential vulnerability.
