(HealthDay)—One lot of DG/health NATURALS baby Cough Syrup + Mucus is being recalled due to possible contamination with potentially harmful bacteria, says maker Kingston Pharma, LLC.

The recall is for Lot KL180157 of 2-fl oz (59 mL) bottles with an expiration date of 11/20 and UPC Code 8 54954 00250 0. The products were shipped to Dollar General retail stores across the United States.

The problem is possible contamination with Bacillus cereus/Bacillus circulans, which can cause vomiting or diarrhea. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with the recalled , according to the company.

Consumers with the recalled cough syrup may return it to the place of purchase for a full refund and can call the company at 1-844-724-7347 for more information.
