Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO) is a center of biomedical research with scientists and physicians working together at the nexus of basic science and clinical research. Its main purpose is to promote and develop research excellence relating to oncological diseases. VHIO also pursues to make contributions to the development of new and better therapies for the treatment of cancer.
