A poll finds that Americans who already have health insurance are blaming President Barack Obama's health care law for their rising premiums and deductibles.
The Associated Press-GfK poll found that nearly half the people with job-based or other private coverage say their policies will be changing next year—mostly for the worse. That means higher costs through premiums, deductibles or copayments.
Nearly 4 in 5 in the poll say the changes are due to the Affordable Care Act.
It's another problem for a president trying to cope with the consequences of a coverage rollout for the uninsured that 3 out of 4 people say has gone poorly.
Of those who said they or a member of their household tried to enroll, just 24 percent said they succeeded.
