Some places—like Pennsylvania's Centre County, where Penn State is located—are beginning to ease cornavirus-related restrictions on business operations and public gatherings.

But, as Dr. Nita Bharti of CIDD explains, that doesn't mean we're returning to " as usual," or that we should relax our physical distancing practices, or that the number of COVID-19 infections won't increase.
