Some places—like Pennsylvania's Centre County, where Penn State is located—are beginning to ease cornavirus-related restrictions on business operations and public gatherings.
But, as Dr. Nita Bharti of CIDD explains, that doesn't mean we're returning to "business as usual," or that we should relax our physical distancing practices, or that the number of COVID-19 infections won't increase.
