Study Description: A research study is recruiting participants who are willing to take part in a 2-week study on the effects of social distancing on mental health. The study will be completed online and will consist of a 30-minute baseline survey, followed by twice-daily brief surveys (less than 15 minutes) in the morning and evening for two weeks. As part of these surveys, you will answer questions about your current social distancing practices, mood, sleep, and physical activity.

Duration: 30-minute baseline followed by twice daily 15-minute online surveys for 2 weeks.

Compensation: For completing the 30-min baseline survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. For completing each follow-up survey (morning and evening surveys), you will be entered into a drawing for multiple $25 Amazon gift card (i.e., twenty $25 gift cards). Each completed survey will be equal to one entry into the drawing. This mean you will have the opportunity for up to 28 entries (2 surveys per day for 14 days). No participant may win more than two $25 gift cards.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and have access to the internet.

Complete the Baseline Survey.
