In the U.S., an average of nearly 70,000 children under the age of 5 are hospitalized with RSV every year, and nearly 7 million people have died from COVID-19 worldwide.

Jessilyn Dunn's lab uses Al and machine learning to analyze data collected by devices such as smartwatches to ultimately predict and prevent outbreaks of RSV, COVID-19 and the flu as well as such as adult-onset diabetes.
